Of course not. However, education is a community project which advances the well-being of society by doing the best for all the kids. I do think teachers and administrators and coaches love and care for all the children more than I can or could. That's part of the deal when you live in a society with other people. You are casting your lot in with your neighbors, fellow residents, and the community at large. Not a believer in the 'invisible hand' are we? We obviously have a different world view. 'Community project' to me is code for historical massive failure and corruption. Choice and liberty is much more valuable in gaining societal gains. Should history teachers be allowed to teach honest and factual American even if it contradicts ideologies of the founding fathers? |

Of all the beautiful art in the world that the sixth grade teacher could’ve showed why the one single statue that was naked showing a penis? If a grown man flash the sixth grade student would that be OK? But because we call it art that’s OK? |

We were already getting sex ed instruction in the sixth grade where there were discussions on body changes, where many of us were going through them. And it’s a strange hangup to think that kids that age don’t understand what a nude body looks like or that they can’t handle it. |

When we go to Italy this summer I am not going to freak out over sculptures and paintings. To say it's the same as someone flashing him is just plain everyday white bread boring stupid. |
