They announced two new commitments last week. Do we have any idea on the other? If they are getting commitments from 2024s, the program and/or school cannot make any announcement at this time about the players and won't be able until the commits sign a LOI. Any announcement has to come from the recruit at this time. I'm aware. Nelson and Co. had tweeted the commitment gif twice and the only name anybody had was DeWese so I was just asking if anybody had seen/heard the other (it was Animashaun). |

Yah, he might want to take that down. What I believe programs/coaches can only "like" or "heart" a post of and unsigned recruit. They can't comment on or repost unless the PSA has signed or paid the deposit after being admitted (for walk-ons). |

The common rule for coaches is "click don't type." They can retweet the recruit's post, however.

They can't comment on or repost unless the PSA has signed or paid the deposit after being admitted (for walk-ons). If you are referring to the video that the HC posts each time a recruit commits, there is no problem with what he is doing. He is making no reference to any specific recruit by name. Many programs in all sports post something similar when they get a commit, but it's too early to be able to comment on the recruit by name. Coaches and/or the program can definitely like a social media post by a recruit. They may be able to "repost" it also, but I can't remember the exact rules. |

They're allowed to do anything that can be done with a click - retweet, like, etc. They can't comment or quote tweet.
