Random thought but SD (or another team) should convince Lexi Sun to unretire and sign her. She could be huge for PVF publicity

She could be huge for PVF publicity I hate that you’re right all of these teams should be trying that. if Omaha doesnt have a nebraska player, that's a failure. Dallas should do their best to try to get some Texas alum. Im sure Grand Rapids will find someone from Michigan or MSU to include. Orlando should do their best to get the Brazilians involved.

Their 1st 2 calls should be to Lukes and Blossom. Two All Americans that just led University of San Diego to its 1st ever Final Four would be a great start and get the city excited. The marketing potential would be huge.
Hopefully they are not too late and both have committed to another team in the PVL.

I'm also assuming there will be a draft lottery before the draft since there are no previous records to go by.

question - do you think we'll see a schedule like other pro leagues, or will we see something akin to non-conference tourneys? id imagine it'll be easier to fill out nationwide arena when you have 4 fan base to pull from versus 2.

2022 are free agents, you would think they would want to keep the stars home, no matter the city.

I'm guessing pro schedule. I honestly don't think the Rise will have to much difficulty selling tickets.

Ok. Jumping the gun and assuming Dallas and Indianapolis:
I'm thinking no conferences or divisions for the first year and going straight best four teams in the playoffs.
While I think this would be awesome, I doubt it'll happen, so, East and West or North and South? I kind of like N/S. With Nebraska, Grand Rapids, Indy and Columbus in the North and San Diego, Dallas, Orlando and Atlanta in the South.
I know the Southern Conference would probably get more media attention, but so be it for season one.
If they wanted to get some media attention they could get controversial with the names of the Conferences: The Yankee Conference and the Rebel Conference. But that's just my hedonistic, evil side showing. 😈

My choice of North and South would guarantee one of the smaller North markets are guaranteed to be in the championship game.
