Volleyball may not be a contact sport, but the above examples are teams who test the limits of the rules. There are usually a number of players on said team who do the same thing in society in general (Rodman comes to mind) |

John Cook and Jim McLaughlin are the coaches.
If this is about the Oakland Raiders, you have to have coaching staff tension and a good fight between either the players, coaches, or a player/coach one.

Well whoever is coaching, the first step is to come in and strip all the current players of their scholarships, the later the better.
