I am just curious. Doest players really has to say about the roster? Let say they will have a 1on1 witht he coaches and ask who they think should be in that roster and why. Just like usa, i believe there were voting and players has something to say about the rosters. I think that starts there all the conflicts between players and coaches.

FIPAV (italy's federation) is obsessed with him.... and it seems like they're behind it too? so doubt it.. it's giving Karch and USAV... just with worse reserve players. |

My advice to everyone is to separate the gossip coming from fans or alleged fans from what might be instead.
Of course, we are talking about Italy, and it may be that we Italians are dumb enough to hurt ourselves. However, I think that after the emotional breakdown at the end of the World Championship, Mazzanti asked the Federation to be able to implement countermeasures to deal with the situation.
Try to see the situation as a car manufacturer participating in competitions might see it. VNL team is the chassis of the new car that then, if it will face asphalt, dirt, sand or snow will be equipped with the necessary. The chassis from before did not hold up to the stresses. Now maybe by distributing the weight the car becomes more solid.
Maybe we are just sportingly suicidal fools and just want to hurt ourselves. However, I don't think Mazzanti and his bosses are looking for self-destruction.
