I find it challenging to trash talk/jab with Minnesota fans as they are generally very polite and without arrogance. It’s kinda hard to not think this is going to be a dragging im maybe one of the few that thinks this MAY have been nothing more than a bad weekend for texas or maybe some type of cold / minor sickness going around on the team idk... im still trying to make sense as to how on earth they went from looking like they did in the spring to looking like they do now, and the answer to that question is not oneals absence... Elliot should be fired if that was the case lmao. this match will confirm, for me, if texas actually has all these things to work out or if they just had a bad 24 hours in Long Beach |

Do texas fans really believe having ONeal back in the starting lineup will make that huge of a difference? She is probably the best player in the country right now but they are currently a team with really middling passing, pins that are struggling terminate (Skinner is great but struggles OOS), absolutely no right side offense and an inconsistant freshman setter... idk if a few good block touches and maybe 10 off balance sets to ONeal can save the team.. Anyways go gophers do.  Serve, passing and defense are completely absent. She can serve and get some blocks, but if MN is in system and Texas cannot side out, it's match over. Wenaas wasn't playing OH for a reason...and her passing leaves a lot to be desired. Does that mean you finally relinquished your season tickets to Longhorns home volleyball matches? It would be great if you did. Season tickets should be in the possession of those fans who actually support the Texas players and program; you know, the OPPOSITE of what you actually do as per your posts on this forum. |

If O’Neal doesn’t play and Landfair decides tonight is the time for her 2023 coming out match, them Longhorns are headed straight to the slaughterhouse.
If O’Neal does play and Landfair continues her slow start, this becomes a very interesting match.
