Sounds like residual intellectual property/proprietary interests to me! Yes, that's some of the property that will need to be divided. My point is that AFAIK, there is no solid public information about who will get it, although it seems likely that WSU and OSU will keep most of it, assuming they remain in the PAC. But it's still speculation right now and there is some contrary info. I think Schulz, the WSU president, said they would not get a big pot of money like some (cough Wilner) were speculating.
Here's a link to info about the lawsuit
See my P.S. above this...I don't really care about anything besides the ability for SAs to compete at the highest level (esp. the Bay schools): which the remaining Pac-whatever-number wouldn't give them.

since the pac-12 is basically six feet under can we have totally free accessible streams to these matches pls and not deal with crappy pac-12 networks thx I found someone at the Pac- 12 HQ to respond ... if hilary duff simply was the ceo of the pac-12 they would be the best long-lasting conference of all time with so much wealth

So just double checking, there is no way to watch the matches for free tonight correct? It’s not ESPN+?

So just double checking, there is no way to watch the matches for free tonight correct? It’s not ESPN+? If you can get a free trial of a streaming service (Fubo, Sling, …) which includes Pac12, you could get the trial and cancel it on Sunday.

So just double checking, there is no way to watch the matches for free tonight correct? It’s not ESPN+? App hack: Not sure if it still works, but I doubt it’s been fixed: If the PAC 12 app allows you to have a 5 minute trial, slide the time bar all the way back to zero, that is, all the way left to the beginning, and you should be able to watch the entire match (taking it back to zero stops the timer). If you delete the app, and load a fresh version, you can do it again.

Anyone think MN has a serious shot to win tonight? Feeling 3-1 Oregon, with relative ease.
MN needs to show something they haven’t yet this year to have a chance to win, I think.

It would be true to historical Oregon to walk into a match against a struggling giant and fumble it away, giving said giant a ton of confidence and helping them get their groove back. Hoping this Oregon team is more experienced, consistent, and icy-veined though.

They and the MWC may do a "reverse merger", where the MW merges into the PAC...this involves "proprietary interests" and "residual intellectual property". I've been saying that for months now. I predict that the merged conference will retain the PAC name and history, because it is more valuable. Happens all the time in mergers. One entity has the money, the other entity has the valuable branding, so the company with the money buys the one with the rights to the brand and then rebrands itself. I predict a merger between whoever is left in the PAC and one of the other western conferences. Probably they will take the PAC name because of the historical cachet.

I hope you’re right about the first part I will note though, while MN has been thoroughly underwhelming so far this year and looked terrible the last two matches, it would also be historical Minnesota to somehow pull off a dominant win “on the road” against a great team… so who even knows lol
