It’s a reference to an Eminem rap song about a psychotally obsessed fan. “Stan” has become shorthand for fan. Should probably be super fan but the way it’s used it can be more casual, too. Can be used as a noun or a verb. There’s a video of the song on youtube if you want more background than that. Thanks! Guess I need to expand my musical choices for my listening pleasure

PSU could not string together more than 2-3 points without making a mistake. I looked a little bit ago and Louisville’s sideout percentage was 80% for the match.

Cards sweep, led by Debeer with 10 kills. Penn St only hit .55. They arent looking like even top 20 to me.

Changes need to be made. Like if this lineup gets put on the court for PSU next game I’m going to have so many questions for KSC. Podraza and Weatherington both looked horrible today. When you have a setter who can’t back set the ball within 5 feet of the net, it doesn’t make a lot of sense to have a right side who cannot get a kill without a perfect set.

You can’t go up against Louisville with one attack option. Penn State took a step back. . .
They are lucky they get to ease themselves into the B1G… big questions to solve. 🏐

Ngl watching this PSU team play this badly is making me happy. Like they really thought they did sum by throwing a bunch of random mediocre transfers on the court KSC really thought her “coaching” starts in the portal and ends when she turns in her line up sheet Work needs to be done honey

So why such a change in podraza from last year to this year ? Serve receive and passing that bad ? Maybe she wasn’t a superstar last year but she is nothing short of poor this year. I know passing from all DS has taken a step back. Guess this just proves you can’t judge a book by its cover. This is a PSU team at the beginning of the year people are very high on. And wow. Is this bad coaching ? Cancer in the clubhouse somewhere ? What gives ? Also where is Megan Hodge. Absent from the sideline again.

It was the nature of the sideouts - net violations on what should have been kills, hitting out lazily, getting confused in back row. They could not build any momentum point to point. They looked a bit flustered by Louisville floor D.

My thought was with an 80% sideout percentage, yeah, Penn State for sure isn’t stringing anything together. They’re only scoring a point 1 out of every 5 serves.
