They did not play like you would expect the #12 team. Maybe they had a bad game. Maybe they are not as good as many predicted. Time will tell. |

I don’t know why PSU didn’t go to a 6/2 earlier in the match. They clearly have the pins. From watching it on TV it looks like Mac gets in a lot of trouble trying to set behind her head. Holland and Taylor aren’t great slide hitters, and it’s not like Mac is a great blocker, it seems the offense is very predictable.
Mac is clearly our top setter, and I’m not saying is her spot in jeopardy, but with all these Pin hitters, why not try to do something different earlier? It seemed like opening weekend all over again.
