Program record for blocks in a 3 set match with 17. Whoa. Did not know that. Did Booth hit the record for one player in a 3-set match? 10 has to be up there.

13 kills for Devyn, 7 each for Frank, Smrek & Booth, 5 for Temi. Badgers with 17 team blocks. Illini hit .000 for the match and didn’t make it past 13 in any of the three sets. Heckin’ yikes. What I liked most was TTA hitting well. Devyn's better play was a close second. Nice match!

Difference is they play their entire collegiate career there and develop as players at one school. That's way more impressive (from a program perspective) than acquiring a bunch of proven transfers that were stars at their old schools and creating a super team. There's no doubt the transfer portal is the key to success nowadays, just makes it hard to root for teams like that I’m glad you appreciate the Badgers 2021 national championship team of players who decided to finish out their careers where they started! Yes yes, and they played their four years withOUT a championship, but then were given another year, the bizarre Covid year… and yes they won… good job, but that title will always have a asterisk * on it… Rettke and Hilley would have never won without that bonus year… but you know that.. and now Haskell is back at it with his portal shenanigans… sorta funny, sorta sad. . . Just like 17034 is just a number, and 92003 is the record…. Maybe that’s why, Nebraska Volleyball is- 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 and Wisconsin Volleyball is- 🏆* sorry

There's something so unsatisfying about a team loaded with all-americans, transfers and 5th years who are supposed to win. If Illinois can't take Wisconsin out, I'm sure glad Nebraska did. Really, vs a Nebraska team loaded with top pick freshmen year after year. Find another thread to troll.

Ah, Wisconsin doesn't develop players? Sarah Franklin was an AA at Michigan St? One of our biggest developments this season is Orzol at libero, but that doesn't fit your narrative right? Lmao, if TTA could just play like her star-self at NW, we would be unbeatable, we can't even get her to do that. Also, hmmm, Nebraska's best player is a transfer. But shhhhh, let's not mention that? I struck a nerve and I love it! I never said Wisconsin doesn't develop players, I said Nebraska does the best job at it and therefore it is more rewarding. Also, developing Orzol as a lib isn't impressive considering she's statistically dead middle in the Big Ten out of the liberos. & it's weird how much of a down year TTA is having isn't it? Nebraska plays one transfer (I could be wrong about that). Wisconsin consistently plays Carter Booth, Caroline Crawford, Temi Thomas-Ailara, Sarah Franklin. Am I forgetting anyone else? You Re an idiot. Move on. Orzol is middle and moving up. Unlike you. Bye.

This is just silly. Wisconsin can build their team with high quality transfers because they have built a program they want to go to. Also acting like TTA is the only top transfer they got is just crazy. Downplaying that Franklin was a first team All Big 10 at Michigan State is just silly and Carter was on the All Freshman at Minnesota. what is silly is acting like Franklin and Booth were finished products that Wisconsin just slotted together to make a super team.

Just ignore the trolls.
The thing I've never understood about anyone who claims Sheff is a weasel or that we're Transfer U, etc. etc. is that it's not like Wisconsin is holding a gun to these players heads or kidnapping them in the dead of night... they WANT to come to Wisconsin! THAT'S the part that stings. It's just sour grapes. Players want to play for successful programs.
As if Carter Booth called up Chris Tamas in December and showed interest in becoming an Illini, does inpaign think Tamas would politely decline, saying "no thanks, I like to develop my own talent, but thanks for showing interest"? Please. 🙄 But that won't happen, because Booth is already on a team that she's having a blast with, that has a good shot at winning the whole enchilada this year.
