Kate is Hawaii's best server in my opinion. Ace serve 13-7 Wahine Agree, when it comes to service aces. But when it comes to keeping the ball in play, on a serve, I would say Tayli Ikenaga. Actually, among the 5 best servers for Hawaii, Kate has the least amount of aces. In my opinion, she's the only Hawaii server who has routinely disrupted opponents passing lines and she has range e.g. she can serve short, deep, line drive etc. Tayli does keep her serve though with only 4 service errors on the year.

If Tali Hakas is not a Team Captain next year something is wrong. Let's enjoy what the 2023 Wahine are bringing before it's over before citing what could go wrong with 2024. 2024 can worry about itself.
