Last weekend, WSU lost to Stanford 1-3 and swept Cal. On Friday, they lost 2-3 to UCLA. Last weekend, USC swept Arizona and ASU. On Friday, they swept Washington.
Earlier this season, USC defeated WSU 3-2 in Los Angeles
USC and WSU seem to be safely in the tournament.

To their credit the UCLA match was an anomaly no one should get that many aces and USC is a good but Washington State had Final Four hopes and these matches are at home so they really need to try and come back and win this here .
