For those of you in WCIA viewing area, the 5:30 news interviewed Jordyn at today's match and showed the aforementioned scene where she's singing with Beth Prince and Michael Ryan. I assume this will be shown again on the 10:00 news. Check it out!

Not only that, but we're actually receiving a few votes (4) in the overall poll. Unofficially, we're # 34. Beating Nebraska isn't realistic, but if we could take a set off of them (and not drop the following Iowa match), that'd help us stay on voters' radars for another week. (And hey, I finally got the hang of including quotes! Seems that previously, I'd been clicking in the wrong place on Step 3 and posting prematurely. Thanks again, Exit and Maigrey!) |

How Michigan got mores votes then us in AVCA poll when we handled them….is a choice. Would love to have gotten that win versus Mizzou. I think we can win out who we should and pull an upset. I realize this is a woulda, coulda, shoulda retrospective, but I wish we could have the Missouri match back. That was the first match in which Lily took over from Caroline. As many have observed, Lily is no longer the same player she was that match. I believe the new Lily would take us to a different result. I believe had we won the Missouri match we would now be solidly in the tournament. Parenthetically, this is a good example why you get playing time for reserves before they are needed.

Dd anyone see the Insta video of Jordyn? She said the one thing she would do differently would be to make the other girls have a better experience on the team. I wonder if this has to do with the 4 transfers out before the 2018 season.
