I will say one thing. Given our current team, added transfers and incoming freshmen, I definitely think we can surprise some people and finish Top 7-8 in the BIG. Only problem is, how many bids to the NCAA tourney do we think the BIG will get?

If the best we can do is 8th even with the extra four teams I will be very disappointed. I think we will be better than that. Nebraska, Wisc, Oregon, Wash, PSU, Purdue. Top 6 then we have UCLA/USC/MINN/OSU/ILL. all right there. It’s going to be a dogfight. B1G volleyball will be nothing short of entertaining this upcoming season. Very exciting! |

I think we will be better than that. Big bids this year is 100% dependent on what the conference collectively does non-conference this year. Last year was a disaster. Minnesota (5-5), Northwestern (6-4), Ohio State (3-6), Illinois (5-5), Michigan (2-7) etc. This year, we should be hoping that every team drops no fewer than 2-3 matches in the non-conference and that the collective Big 10 non-conference win/loss record is above .800. |

This is great! My daughter goes to WKU and we went to see several matches together last year. We won't be rooting for the same team in this one though! |

I think we will be better than that. do you think you are better than Nebraska, Wisconsin, Penn State, Purdue, Oregon, Washington? If not that, that would put you in 7th. Now you add USC who will be much better, UCLA who will be much better, Minnesota who will be better by the addition by subtraction theory and a more experienced OSU and I think a better MSU and Maryland team |
