Do you see any of them as big time players at the D1 level?

Chalei is going UH (we know that) Kalama-Kinga and Ainu'u are not yet seniors Pieper can legit start on a volleyball team or a basketball team, so we gotta see which sport she chooses for college. There were other players going to D1 that was left off like from Moanalua Zaria Queen is headed to Stanford and Natalie Fukumoto is going to Oregon.

I loved 2006 with Houston and Mason. That was like a notch under Willoughby and Kahumoku, but still so fun to watch. Danielson and Cubi-Otineru were the outsides. Ferrell was the opposite on that 2009 team. Greeley mostly played with Manu Olevao and then Granato. Mitchem, the best D1 player, that basically never played D1. "/ Slight correction as well. Greeley never really played outside with Granato. I mean Granato was a freshman when greeley was a sophmore but Granato was the back up 2016 greeley had surgery and was never the same the outsides that year were Granato, with a combination of Ross, Sibley in the beginning. Greeley played in Kansas State and Arizona, but her shoulder just could not hold up, and was subbed out pretty early against Arizona. Mitchem took over once she came back, I believe at the pepperdine ish games. Before that, Sibley mainly saw time. Sorry to drift back into the past again but these posts reminded me of my favorite match - Wahine sweeping Penn State in the 2015 regionals. The only time Dave beat Russ Rose. Awesome team - Magill, Greeley, Taylor, Kahakai, Manu-Olevao, Maglio, Higgins

Grand Canyon set to join the Mountain West the same time (at least for volleyball) as UH & UTEP.
They’ve been a program starting to rise. They have lingered around the outside of the top 100. Had match points this season against Oregon (sadly couldn’t convert). Tied for second in the WAC at the moment, last season they got the automatic bid upsetting the top seed. Currently have a new coaching staff who have a lot of good things to be said about them.
Will be a fun opponent to have in the Mountain West
Also makes for the 8th different state in the conference

RAM said in the podcast that Mountain West would be one notch "a little better" than the Big West but Nick said that Big West was getting better. RAM was like it is what it is type of thing, but it will be fun to watch Hawaii adjust to playing new schools and new locations.

Also besides Chalei, I didn't list any other players like Zaria since they're committed.
