So, will they never give a freshman setter the "regular" setter honor? Not seeing how Izzy doesn't deserve Setter and Freshman...Purdue played Cal, Utah, and Utah State. But whatever.
Bummed Cam didn't get anything after her monster games against Louisville and Kentucky.

Hannah has 61 K Jess is the ONLY one has any stats in the BIG, none of the PSU players listed at all bigten.org/wvb/stats/ |

I hate Illinois Nazis….. but I hate Pennsylvania Nazis even more. Please tell me you are not a Pennsylvania Nazi. 🫣😉 There's a pretty big difference between thinking that the Germans made some incredibly good armaments and supporting their ideals. Way back in my college days, I'd get together with other students to play board games, often war games. I would prefer to use either very elite units (this tank, when playing Squad Leader), or really crappy ones (the CR 42 biplane when playing Air Force). There was no in-between with me. I had a very deep appreciation for this tank from playing that game, but *not* for the German side and the ideals they stood for. I always thought you were a Pennsylvania fan, and thus supported all schools in the state, even when the top two were rivals of each other. I thought it was pretty obvious I am a Penn State grad (and was a student during the first 5 years I posted here), and I can't imagine there being any Penn State fans who would like seeing Pitt do well at anything. |

Was Izzy ranked #1 in her class nationally? She was in some publications like Prep Dig. Seemed like more fans on here thought Charlie Fuerbringer was the better of the two but seeing them both Izzy is definitely transitioning to the college game better. Charlie has more flashy plays but is definitely not as consistent. Izzy seems better on defense also. |

Charlie has more flashy plays but is definitely not as consistent. Izzy seems better on defense also. Izzy also graduated early and joined in the spring, while Charlie joined in the summer. Izzy definitely shows how that time makes a difference. |

Penn State swept all 3 matches (Duke, Princeton, St John's) this weekend and is now 8-0 on the season.
#3 PSU will face #1 Pitt (6-0) on Wed. 9/15 at 7:00 PM EDT in the Petersen Events Center, which holds >12K fans.
The Fitzgerald Field House, where Pitt normally plays at home, hold >4K fans.
I'm curious to see how many people show up for this one.

I would give the nod to PSU in this one. Both incredible teams but really like the match up vs Pitt and give the edge to PSU. Going to be a war for sure and the crowd should be electric. |

After two years working hard as the number three middle, it's great to see Maggie enjoying success starting.
Every time I look at the PSU roster, I'm amused that Maggie with two years playing time left is actualy younger than Caroline, who has four years left.
