Glad to see Sherman in the starting lineup recently. She’s been a force and had an impact already. Does anyone know if PK is hurt or if they’re just trying to give Sherman more playing time by splitting the position? Also, the Cal match telecast made me realize that Sherman is in fact a redshirt Sophomore, not a junior. She redshirted her freshman year in 2022, then in 2023 she played in 19 sets as a redshirt freshman (according to the Louisville website). She should have two more years of eligibility after this 2024 season. eazy can you update the first page roster when you have a moment? |

Top 2 best blocking team in the nation #2 in the division and the (#1) best blocking team in the P4
Elena scott #12 in DPS in the division, #1 in P4
Cara Cresse #8 in BPS in the division #5 in P4
I think these are pretty great

The truth of the matter is that PK is not hurt, unfortunately she lost her starting spot to Hannah Sherman. DBK said Hannah works so hard and it was pretty even. PK played against Clemson and split with Sherman. Hannah has been playing the bigger games (Stanford, Georgia Tech .etc) i thino its safe to say she's our new MB as of now PK hasnt showed out for us the season and its sad, I think with the way Sherman has been playing she deserves it a lot |

Sherman is playing very well. I also love seeing PK cheer for her when she makes a big play. That says a lot about PK and the culture at Louisville.

It hasnt been announced yet but i think the Miami and FSU games will be postponed, Florida just postponed theirs with Missisipi State
DBK also said she is not too sure if they will play them this weekend

Their class schedule is going to be canceled because of the storms. They honestly would be safer to leave anyways. |

Their class schedule is going to be canceled because of the storms. They honestly would be safer to leave anyways. The issue is more logistical and operations-related than it is budget. They’d have to find a venue, accommodations, deal with tickets, etc. All of that on a last minute schedule is not ideal. Anyone who has ever worked at a university knows that these things can take ages. It’s probably easier to cancel/reschedule the matches than it is to flip it from home to away. With a massive hurricane coming, I don’t think these student-athletes, coaches, staff, etc. want to be focused just on volleyball. |
