Which of these incoming freshman do people see getting playing time next year? All will have to be impressive to start right off the bat

We need at least a few token reps for a setter, oppo and middle. Sigler is too good to redshirt so they’ll likely let her compete in the non conference and see how she does. Keri is the wildcard depending on how the libero competition goes but if she serves well she could DS like maisie.

IMO it's quite likely Keri will have a DS role next season (similar to what Choboy and Mauch are doing this year). My opinion is based on the following two things: 1) We continue DS'ing for two of the three pin hitters; and, 2) Leimbach is a better serve receive and defensive option than Maisie.

Are any of the 2025 recruits enrolling early? All of them Don’t believe Manaia Ogbechie is going to enroll until this summer… but maybe that changed…

How does NE's 2025 recruiting class rank with others? Or what are the top 5 to 10 2025 recruiting classes?
NE has a very impressive 2025 recruiting class with impressive VB athletes. Just curious what other teams had impressive recruiting classes.
Thanks.

Manaia, sigler and Campbell are as good as it gets. Leimbach and hunter will be superb down the stretch.

Seems like they would want to redshirt setter Campbell Flynn. Maybe she has a strong serve and could be a serving sub. She may not want to redshirt, we will see. Being a lefty, she could probably swing from the right side for a lot of teams. She will definitely be an offensive minded setter.

I don't think Kennedi Orr has played at the setter position at all this year. Orr has only played as a serving sub. If they are unwilling to let an experienced senior setter like Orr get some token minutes playing setter at the end of blowout wins, I don't see that they would be willing to allow any playing time at setter for a true freshman like Flynn next year. As you suggest, maybe Flynn can develop a good serve and be a serving sub next year. That is the only way she is going to see the floor. I have seen Flynn play in a couple matches. She is a good setter, but I haven't seen anything to make me believe she can beat out Reilly next year.

We need a RSH to replace MB so I can see Hunter playing or starting unless an amazing opposite enters the portal and Nebraska just can't pass up.

Yep best to wait til the portal happens as it can giveth and taketh.
