Figured I'd start this for the few LSU fans.
Gonna be a really young team this year, by my count we have 19 players as it stands.
Pin Hitters - Robinson, Demps, Tevdoradze, Froehlich, Pyles, Watson
Middle Blockers - Rouille, Lee, Boyer, Jones
Setters - Rome, Ortega
Liberos/Defensive Specialists - Tullis, Hemmings, Martin, Kirkhoff, Nuss, Bonnaffee, Bruntmyer
Let me know if I'm missing anything and any thoughts you have on the team. Excited for another year, hopefully some breakouts coming.

Also a little surprised by Flickinger because she's on the beach team. Flickinger is still playing beach this spring. Depending on the school she chooses for next fall, she will play beach if they have it |

Isn't Bruntmyer a setter? It's what she played in HS and club and i thought the position committed for Pepperdine?

I wouldn’t be surprised at this point since they brought in Ortega who based on the spring games would be starting over her unless they ran a 4-2, 6-2. & with the addition of Bruntmeyer this season & Takyla Brown coming in next season, maybe the writing is on the wall for her that she will consistently be beat out. I hope not though as there have been high expectations for her and was excited to see her play this year |

To me this is surprising since she and Jones were expected to be the 2 primary middles with Lee being worked in. Roberson lacks speed, but had a lot of potential and I thought was really bought into the process of developing under TJ. Hopefully we can go into the portal and find a MB with some more quickness and efficiency as well as some experience and leadership |

I just went off what she was listed as in LSU's commitment announcement, but definitely wouldn't be surprised if she gets work as a setter. Also definitely surprised about Roberson, but added the addition of Rumur Rouille from LIU. Think she could be good for us. |
