Greeney won 8 straight NCAA Championships? And she's going to West Virginia. What a spectacular fall from grace. I noticed that when I first read it. Confusing wording. Or some serious resume padding. |

More fallout from the PAC12 implosion.
WVU (the university itself, not necessarily the volleyball program) is in a bit of a financial free-fall - just like most of the state. I'm not thinking there's a strong in-state VB talent pool, but Greeny has never had problems with "long-distance" recruiting.
Morgantown and Pullman have some similarities - they're both towns that are driven by universities, and both somewhat geographically isolated.
WVU volleyball would seem to have nowhere to go but up.
