Just Marquette and Creighton going to the tourney this year? That's how it looks now. Marquette might be questionable to make it this year, but I could be wrong. ? They are #20 in RPI. Yes, their 1-5 record against top 25 is not good, but I think they're in.

It's the 4th set of Villanova-St. John's and the Johnnies have set the middle exactly... three times. Lol.
I think this new lineup is better for the Red Storm.. Kowalczyk only backrow in a a 6-2, Stambrowska playing her frontrow, with Erin Jones racking up triple-doubles.
St. John's hasn't won at Villanova since 2017.

Big East Tiebreakers
Is it 1) H2H and 2) Record vs. top team in standings through bottom?
Right now I see St. John's at 8-7. They should win 2 more and the match vs. UConn is a toss-up. DePaul is 9-5 but is expected to lose 2x to Marquette/Creighton and also plays UConn. I could see a scenario where 2-3 teams are tied for that #3 spot. UConn is currently at 9-5 but has the easiest schedule, though could easily lose both to St. John's and DePaul. UConn also has Villanova remaining.

Xavier-UConn has been so tight. UConn won 25-23 and 29-27 and its tied at 11 in the 3rd. UConn sweeps 🧹 That result along with Nova’s sweep over Butler pretty much sets the field for the BE tourney. Xavier need to have a better win% than Nova to make the field and for that to happen, they need to get a win over Creighton or Marquette and hope Nova goes 0-2 against UConn and Providence. This scenario is very unlikely to happen so I think next weekend will be more about finalizing the seeds for the tourney and nothing more.

St. John's-UConn is the big match of the week IMO. Xavier's just not making the Big East Tournament - but they should be proud after their dreadful non-conference performance.
