Exactly my point... but I don't think it's luck. They practice it, plus they've just adapted to their setter. Those LBSU hitters sure are crafty and like you said, I suspect it's because they've had to deal with subpar setting. To his credit, I think Aidan has improved the most this past off season in preparation for his senior campaign. I also like how much of a workhorse he is. Agreed... he definitely has hustle and has improved (thank you Noezy buckets?). But imagine LBSU if Kauling or Karlous were running the offense... |

Their culture in the last few years has been just to be loud a-holes on the court. When they’re wining it’s directed at the other team. When they’re losing it’s directed at each other. Very sad and far cry from the DeFalco years. At least during the 2018-2019 years, they would show sportsmanship at the end of the games. To be fair.....UCSB has had a lot of recent history of talking lots of s*** on the court with nothing to back it up. And McLaughlin just let's it go. tbh haven't noticed that much chirping from UCSB cause i've not focused on them but in tonight's scenario they nearly beat big bad long beach. so at least tonight they were backing it up |

How does a coach allow a player (Collins) to locate himself in front of the coaches and bad mouth and taunt the opponent all match and not expect the players to react after the win. That Santa Barbara Coach has shown no class or sportsmanship for the last two years (that I’ve noticed). he needs to rein his player in. I heard him last night and again tonight. This was not on Long Beach.

First and foremost McLaughlin needs a talk wuth this psycho sub #8 and the league should as well. Dude needs to stop constantly chirping at coaches and players. If I was SB, I d be embarrased by that guy. derserved a yellow at a minimum. Never seen a sub in the sidelines act that way, hilarious buffoon act.
Yeah, Siapanis technically could have got a yellow one time for excitability, not trash talking though.
the down ref probabably could have give. Up to 4 yellows.
If McLaughlin is unhappy about the end, or a taunt, then the dude needs a serious look in the mirror big time. Control your own trash talking players.

Alright what did I miss in the LB UCSB match? I caught the end of the fifth set and the teams just about got into a fight after LB won. Some pretty embarrassing behavior from the LB side after the win as well, Siapanis running around the arena waving his jersey around. No handshakes. Lol, another ignorant post |

Some pretty embarrassing behavior from the LB side after the win as well, Siapanis running around the arena waving his jersey around. No handshakes.
