I def called out UCSB. Maybe you need to open your eyes and reread the thread. But their fans are not excusing their teams actions or behavior. But LBSU fans most certainly are including you. I'm not excusing it at all. because it doesn't need excusing. you weren't there. Could it be improved, yeah, there's always some lessons to be taken. but that doesn't also mean it should even need to be excused in the first place again, SB probably should get control of their sideline. well, maybe they don't, so who cares anyway, it's their unprofessional program I guess. dude, all these people that weren't there, and don't know squat. but they do have like 3 or so minutes of video to make them think they know so much, lol. so your opinion like usual is more useless Hawaii dork talk. Again just more excuses. Lol I get it. You excuse that type of shameful behavior by not only your players but also your head coach. And yes I agree with you....both UCSB and LBSU were extremely unprofessional post match and at least LBSU fans excuse it for some weird odd reason. But, ok.

I have to say in all my years I've never seen an opposing player run to the other side of the court after a match and before the handshake line. Both teams were talking throughout the match and I'm all for it. But a fist fight shouldn't happen (thankfully it didn't). I think the coaches let their emotions get the best of them. UCSB had a chance to upset #2 and Beach knew if they won they'd probably get #1 back.

Both sides are to blame and the refs should have had it under control. For Long Beach, Bouchkov and Siapanis were too much for too long of that comeback. For SB, Cordt, Aruya, and especially Collins were chirpy. Collins needs to learn his place and shut up. Alan and Rick should have shut that down. Looking forward to robonthemic and the boys discuss this.

Their culture in the last few years has been just to be loud a-holes on the court. When they’re wining it’s directed at the other team. When they’re losing it’s directed at each other. Very sad and far cry from the DeFalco years. At least during the 2018-2019 years, they would show sportsmanship at the end of the games. To be fair.....UCSB has had a lot of recent history of talking lots of s*** on the court with nothing to back it up. And McLaughlin just let's it go. jeez, you can actually say something that makes sense, there is hope those that were actually at the match would understand that exactly McLaughlin needs to own up and get his program and sideline to behave professionally another year, another chapter Jr. High gym, Jr. High PA announcers, big time clown act on the sideline, little control of the environment. McLaughlin reaps what he sows, and then he and his players become some sulking crybabies when they lose and get a single gesture 'tude shoved back in their face. bfd some great play by SB, great match actually. the theatrics at that place, bfd with the way things are run

How does a coach allow a player (Collins) to locate himself in front of the coaches and bad mouth and taunt the opponent all match and not expect the players to react after the win. That Santa Barbara Coach has shown no class or sportsmanship for the last two years (that I’ve noticed). he needs to rein his player in. I heard him last night and again tonight. This was not on Long Beach. I was at the game Friday night at the Pyramid and noticed that clown, something was off with him he came across as a bit deranged. Hearing he was the instigator up in Goleta now this is all making sense. Glad coach Knipe gave their coach an earful.

Looking forward to robonthemic and the boys discuss this. thank you Collins was a big time joke, at first I thought he was actaully one of the coaches and and overanimated one at that. I've never seen a coach allow some non-factor afterthought hack player do the things McLaughlin allows that pyscho clown to do. there should be no problem calling out the elephant in the room. & McLaughlin needs to clean that up or just STFU and not complain. that jerk needs to stop with his voo-doo constanting pointing at players on the the other side, talking to opposing players, talking and given orders to opposing coaches like jeez McLaughlin how can a coach be so oblivous to taking care of your own side of the house before point a finger at Knipe. dude seriously looks like some homeless guy you see on the street having conversations with themselves trying to engage passers by. was funny more than anything. all he was missing was puffed up coloring in his hair and a big red nose it's embarrassing for SB. and then to get all bent out cause Bouchkov basically said 'in your face' for a hard earned win. bfd. the down ref in a way was calm, kept it even keeled despite a couple over the top antics. in hindsight, the down ref should have given Siapanis a yellow for one of Sianpanis emotional pleadings. He could have given Aiden technically a yellow for going over too close to the monitor on a replay. The down ref definnitely should have given Collins at least one yellow for getting into the ref space and could have a couple more, but he was proabbly laughing inside and tuning out the clown act anyway like why bother with a player that's only an ornament anyway and like wtf is this guy even on the team. for those that think the end of match video reflects poorly on Long Beach, they simply have zero clue or context of what McLaughlin alloweed to happen on their sideline.

waving a towel in celebration towards hus teammates and Beach fans, well after both sides moved back. Hard to tell lies when we have the video... View AttachmentView AttachmentI've never seen Siapanis act like that. He and the team were probably provoked. I'd rather Bouchkov and Siapanis had kept themselves in check, but unlike all of you piling on them after watching this on ESPN+, I wasn't there and I don't know the full story.

I don't like to use the word provoked. Beach players have to check their own emotions in the end. to the extent SB was talking trash that match and the uncontrolled clown act on the SB sidelines, just doesn't bother me in the least the celebration. that's what it was a celebration, and after listening to two hours of chirps coming from SB's side and especially from the sideline. still a great match by both sides, great play. people need to seriously get a serious grip about singling out Beach under the circumstances. McLaughlin needs to reign it in, or maybe not if that's the type of sideline he wants to be the face of the program.

Beach won, they celebrated after some Euro-trash antics all match. but go ahead and make a big deal bout it. just laughing out of you trying to make a mountain out of a very little.

You continually responding because you are HURT because other fans calling out the unprofessionalism of your program and coaches is quite entertaining. Lmfao And yes, Hawaii's s*** does actually stink! I can admit that and our fans can be defensive but also uber critical of our own team many a times! You seem to be butthurt...and it's okay. You'll be alright.
