Point taken, I should have said my observation...
Yes, I am old and find that bigger screens offers a bigger picture to see and understand what I'm looking at.

It's alright. Being old(er) allows me to have thicker skin.
And I confess, the Bows have always been my second favorite team. Just thought it was a bit odd and disappointing to read the negativity here. Especially cause they fought hard last night and things weren't going well. I would of though there be more support from the fans.
Matadors have been a so so team for years and I too get frustrated. But I will never get down on those kids, let a lone go on the web and vent...
The Bows will be find the rest of the way and and will continue success. The bottom line of what the coaches are doing are building character in (young) men. We all face challenges and difficulties in life and sports are meant to face those things head on. I bet by next week the player have forgotten this match if not already.
Mohalo and aloha to you and yours...

Every year multiple teams have that "bad loss". This year, UCSB took one from UCLA, CSUN defeated Stanford, Lewis defeated UCI. These losses doesn't define a season. Of course we want perfection and top level play, but sometimes it's the opponent that displays them. Like I said last night, when you have ALL three pin hitters in double digit kills and hitting over .340, you're either going to win, or you're going be right there. Just so happen CSUN came out on top. They have three good outside hitters and a decent setter. Is CSUN better than Hawaii, probably not... but they were last night. That's like it. Onto the next match.

Exactly, he looked tight and unconfident out there and that comes from a lack of gameplay experience with the starters. It was a mess but one brought on by Wade and staff. Which is why I think more and more he doesn’t mind a mess of a season because he’s no longer building towards anything with Spyros out. Everyone but Tread and the other newbies have at least one ring already so at this point guess he’s just working towards stringing together the next ones in a row Running it up against cupcakes was more important to Charlie. Watching the last 2 weekends, he really doesn’t know how to coach when things aren’t going his way Yea games like that kind of show when the schedule is uneven, certain players aren’t as prepared as they could have been.

Going through this thread, the reasons given for the end result for UOH: the setter the uniforms the serve receive the OH2 the back-up setter the back-up OH2 the libero the lack of a back-up libero the head coach the asst. coaches the lack of leadership the recruits (or lack there of) former player transferring to other programs former players using up their eligibility I'm sure there were others too. My only complain was the announcers were calling Jano Tello, "Teo." The real reason why they lost was because CSUNs serve receive was immaculate and the three headed dragon they have on the pins went off lol
