Losing 0-3 to unranked UCSD. Congrats Tritons!

I don't know what it is about UCSD, but they just find another gear when facing Hawaii. Oh you bring bad memories of James Ka, constantly being a pest during those UCSD wins! Lol Ryan Ka. Kyle McCauley. Wyatt Harrison. Matt Palma. Blake Crisp.

Not used to seeing Hawaii lose this bad. It’s okay. It’s just a game.

I remember Ryan the most cause he just a huge pain in our ass! So much so that when he played in Hawaii his senior year the Hawaii crowd gave him a standing ovation. That NEVER if ever happens for an opposing player.

Question now is, can Hawaii even beat UCSB?

Hawaii hit .337 to UCSD's .352
Lara was great for his team, hitting .478 on 14 kills.
Keoni gave his all for the Warriors with 12 kills hitting .455 while adding 5 digs and 3 aces. Chaz also showed some life, going 7-1-4 hitting .429.
UCSD out blocked Hawaii 8-6 while the Warriors out dug the Tritons 31-22.
Congrats to the Tritons! What a perfect team performance where they owned the service line going for 9 aces and 11 service errors while Hawaii went for 4 aces and 11 service errors.
Like others have said, this makes it imperative for Hawaii to reach the Big West finals and win. Hopefully being at home will allow the men to get some rest and reps and be ready to take on their opponents. This will be another shoot out of a Big West tournament!
GO BOWS!

True. Winning so much and so often that these losses I no can handle. And it shows! Hahahahahahahahaha My prediction: they will have the middles more involved next week ? Hope so! Tread needs to set a faster tempo. All the opposing blocks are ganging up on our hitters, cuz his sets are high and takes time to the outside. Thim is definitely not the answer at left. The answer is definitely get our middles more involved. Yet, how can when the pass is minuscule?

Not used to seeing Hawaii lose this bad. It’s okay. It’s just a game. It is. You're right. Hopefully they go back into the gym and fight for their lives in the BWCT. Cause that seems to be what will be their only saving grace to make the tournament yet again. But this time....they will have to play 3 straight games as a 3 seed which they've never been anything lower since the creation of the Big West. Do they have the grit, stamina and fortitude to shock people? I'm hopeful. Go Bows!

I'm so disillusioned after watch this match....I giving out wrong names! Lmao lol you got the last name right! I think what’s most disappointing is the lack of resiliency and fight. I feel like the second night against LBSU that Hawaii, at least, fought hard. Tonight they were flat and don’t have the leadership on the court to respond.

Question now is, can Hawaii even beat UCSB? They can if they are the team that played yesterday. If the team that showed up today plays that night....it's gonna be an early tournament for the Bows. Which Jekyll and Hyde team shows up for the tournament??? Tune in next week. Lol

So you have no excuse tbh. Hahahahaha Get Hulu as I told you before and you'll be alright. It costs as much as a McDonald's meal a month. You can't tell me that you can't afford that. Haha

Chaz Galloway, showed he can play, so the question is, why is he wimping out and not starting. Chaz Gallowway needs to show leadership, and not wimp out.
