All these Academic Prestige switchups, but good for her It seems these girls only leave NU for more academic prestige…hard to argue True, but Northwestern is still a top-10 academic school. The Dunkle decommit is nbd imo. The Turbey loss stings a lot more.

The Turbey loss stings a lot more. Northwestern has prestige, I won't argue that. Harvard and Stanford are in a league of their own though. Many more doors open for graduates

Good for her, but surprising Stanford wanted her. She just wasn’t that impressive to me as a B1G middle, and definitely not the caliber of Stanford middles. Strange year! This is a strange transaction. She is not physical enough for NW.

Nice to see this finally become official. She's fun to watch, hit's a heavy ball, and will give them much needed fire power on the left. Some '23 highlights:

This is a decent addition to the team. Congratulations. I believe NU should be set with MB1, MB2, OH1, RS, DS and L. I wonder who will the OH2 be. I hope their Freshmen can contribute and perhaps start for the team.

Starting to believe in Nollan's recruiting Agree. Trubey and Ogbechie decommits hurt, but looking forward to who they nab for 2025. A few assistants are also following some of his GCU '25s (both MB). None are an Ogbechie, but both very athletic (mores than Dunkle) so it will be interesting if he pulls in one of those athletes, and if any hidden gems emerge – or if any decommits from other schools find their way to Evanston.

Starting to believe in Nollan's recruiting this is good for NW because they need bodies but to say that after he got an attacker that .186 in the American conference is a little bit of a stretch don't you think

Personally I wouldn't be surprised come fall, the coaching staff utilizes Rousseau as a setter/opposite taking swings when she's in the front row.

this is good for NW because they need bodies but to say that after he got an attacker that .186 in the American conference is a little bit of a stretch don't you think Hazan has got to lower her errors. Maybe playing on a better team with better setting will help that cause. She certainly has potential though. She had 20 kills against Florida and hit .400.
