Right now the roster stands at 14 players for 2024. Some interesting recent coach/player follows are OH Audrey Leak, who was a beast for Yale and was the NPOTW last season and gave Penn State a fit in the NCAA tourney, and MB Nyla Shepherd who played for Coastal Carolina and Northeastern. Total speculation and likely not a reality, but would give them another terminal pin and a critical additional middle (as of now, just 2).
Looks like a couple of athletic, high potential 2026 athletes came to their recent camp in MB Hannah Mae Lee (TX), MB Malia Romes (OH), and OH Nula Anderson (MT). They likely will have a minimum of 5 in this class and for sure need two middles, a setter, at least 1 big pin, and a libero.
2025 is still just down to Bullington, so will be interesting to see if the summer fuels any recommits to NWU.

She has good length but really needs to hit the weight room. Her performance vs more competitive HS teams wasn't great too |

Kayla Kauffman, a 2025 MB our of NORCO VB club flipped from GCU to follow Nollan to Northwestern. Gives the Cats a much needed MB for 2025, but the roster in '25 will still only have (for now) 2 middles. http://instagram.com/p/C9-HUSwOasH |
