A lot of great suggestions, so all I'm going to do is pick a coach. Bernthal-Booth. I'd love to see what she could with a dream team.

OH1 - Elia Rubin OH2 - Sarah Franklin (3 rotations) MB1 - Sophie Fischer MB2 - Carter Booth OPP - Madi Skinner (6 rotations, middle back defender) S - Camryn Haworth L- Lexi Rodriguez DS - Elena Scott (right back defender)
I could be persuaded for a different setter, but only one that could be a better blocker. But, honestly, as long as she's not getting tooled out of bounds a lot, with Scott covering line and tips and Roddy covering zone 5, I'm not bothered much.
Also, I'd let both middles serve. If there is a knock to be had on Roddy, it's that her serve is too weak for the caliber of player that she is.

I'm going to call a spade a spade, the only thing Skinner and Franklin are truly value added compared to their peers is their ability to produce points out of system. Put Franklin as a 3 rotation player on the left side, put Skinner on the RS (which she already has shown a high aptitude), and let her defend middle back and hit pipes.

(and her defense for a half rotation) Lets be honest, 50% of the time it would probably either be an ace/free ball or an error. In the other 50% of the time, against a quality opponent, they probably were below 50% chance to score the point regardless of who is playing left back. In my lineup, I'm only really risking one serve and defense for a half rotation, and it's for a serve that can push points when it lands in.

At first I thought, well, who is the second middle, but then when I got to her I was like I'll make sure to quote you on this after the season is completed. Ok. Put a poll up at season end of who people think the best setter of the season was, and if Fairbanks receives a majority of votes, I’ll happily issue an apology to you.
