Big West 2024

This year's conference season has been wild. It's going to be great volleyball for the last 2 weeks of the season as 4 teams battle it out.

Is there any chance that more than 1 team can make the NCAA tourney?

the winner of the Poly-Davis match is likely to be at least a top 2 seed.

loser very likely will have to win 3 matches as a #3 or below.

the other top 2 seed I think will come from Beach/UCSD/Hawaii if one of them can go 2-0 this week, that team will be a 2, maybe a 1 seed. or they could all go 1-1, lol

could even have a 3 or 4 way tie with 5 loss teams

if you take away the bottom 4 teams and assume they lose (which Riverside proved one should not do), there are a total of 8 losses out there left for the top 7 teams.

the SB-UCI game is now pretty close to a play-in game for the BWCT

IMO, I think the match with UCD and CP will determine the #1 and #2 for BWC playoff. Idon't think Hawaii can string four consecutive wins together. I think Hawaii will go to 2-2 these next four matches. I hope Hawaii proves me wrong, again and I will be happy.Go Bows!

Yes; but IF I recall correctly note that UCSD plays LBS on 11/12 before noth face Hawaii. That is a key match, especiially for LBS.
