The angst over some of the past several posts was clearly caused by BiK jumping through conclusions again. What? I think BIK got it right when he concluded a certain someone was an ijit.

OK First of all Hawaii does not have a monopoly on this board. Second of all, as a previous poster established, the Pac-10 has the most competitive league around. It is not difficult to have 24 kills when your competition is not that strong. No body is dogging Hawaii or their team. I cannot believe how defensive this has gotten over one comment. I frequently read the posts, but rarely post myself, and whatever was said on here earlier has been very mild. Can we move on Good idea, sexy! I knew you were smart all along! haven't been posting because i am not much of a small talker. But after reading reiker's comments, I just like to say that he is just another (yawn) poster who likes to work up Hawaii's fans. reiker is not an idiot. How clearly he knows the following: 1) Hawaii played without four of its starters. It was widely publicized, 2) Shoji was not concerned about the outcome and nobody should have been; it was just an exhibition game, time for experimenting with the available players, especially with the new setter Mafua, 3) Shoji said this year's Wahine team is even better than last, taking into account the four starters that did not play. reiki21, being a nonidiot, is probably fully aware of the above and may even be intimidated by it, as well as by Houston's fete! Isn't it something that she now touches 10' 7," 3 inches higher than last year? Nobody in Arizona can jump that high, or came near the number of kills she got! 24? Noboby should take that game seriously or be impressed by it, not even Houston, herself, for she will do even better! reiki said: "It is just interesting how Hawaii is always talked about on this forum like they are one of the top teams. " This appears to belie his intelligence and prove me wrong. But I won't stand corrected because reiker21 does know 2 facts of life: 1) Hawaii is one of the top teams. 2) Most of the posters on this board are hawaii fans!

I invented "ijit". No one can use it without my permission.

While I think reiker21 does have respect for this year's Wahine, as he subsequently admitted, still he was "dogging" hawaii with his initial comments. And you had to spoil it with your irrelevent remarks about the PAC 10. Yes, I too and probably, many others, if not most others think so that PAC 10, not only is the most competitive in the country but may very well be the strongest conference. I certaqinly will not say the WAC is. But may I ask what has that to do with the Hawaii-Arizona exhibition match?

I think the saddest part about this thread is that none of the Hawaii fans have even acknowledged that I came to the defense of their team.

Nice 808. That was fun. I love how Gregory barely even steps into the serve and gets an ace.
