They have inspired and influenced countless people for over 30 years, mostly young girls who dreamed of someday becoming Wahines themselves. Some have left their mark and legacy in the record books, and are household names even after 10, 15, 20 years since they were last seen on the court. From the stuffy, and humid confines of Klum Gym to the the most incredible volleyball venue in the nation, the Stan Sheriff Center. Wahine volleyball is still casting a spell on people of all ages, and gaining new fans year after year. Their fans are like no other in the country, they stand by their Wahines no matter what. So, now.......Who is your favorite Wahine of all-time?

I would have to say that Suzanne Eagye was and still is my favorite wahine of all-time. I have never seen anyone execute the slide to perfection like she did...even until now. She was a terminator in the frontrow and an even amazing passer and digger in the backrow. Her smile made her the darling of Wahine volleyball. I love that girl...she was great!!!

Angelica Ljungquist is my pick, she was the second coming of Suzanne Eagye. She was the first 4-time All-American in Wahine volleyball history and like Ms. Eagye, was a complete player. She ended up the National Player of the Year.

I think Lauren Duggins will do well among the coveted male 18-35 demographic in this poll.

I concur with Terry Maltere, only cuz she was one of my teachers back in the days ;D. Stephanie Shota, Toni Nishida are the other favorite Wahine of mine.

I think Lauren Duggins will do well among the coveted male 18-35 demographic in this poll. Sarah Chase was divine during her days as a wahine, my eldest son had a big crush on this girl.
