Treischman. And if you were at the banquet at the 1989 Final Four, she would be your favorite too.

IB, because she was pretty. Ketstonekid, She is my overall favorite. I was going to look up the spelling of her name but kept putting it off. She and Melody Eckmeir (sp)are two of my all-time favorites because they had all the traits of you'd want in a person: beautiful, intelligent, kind and gentle, mellow, considerate, nonegotistical, sensual and sexy, great athleticism... Whoever married them are lucky.

Heather Bown for her performance as well as personality. I emailed Bown once shortly after the Olympics and she was kind enough to reply and send a fairly long message. I told her that she didn't have to comment on what I had to say but I just wanted to tell her how much she is appreciated in Hawaii. In any case, she gave me a message updating me about her volleyball career. I was so impressed by that. I hadn't email her since due to respect of her privacy. But I still remember that brief communication. Bown is a class act!

Ong and Blood Fan -- you can't name every single Wahine and claim them as your favorite. It dilutes the meaning of "favorite". And that's not good for society. Sorry, but I really do have a lot of favorites! I really liked Melody Eckmier's attitude and patience regarding her lack of playing time and her injuries. She also sparked the team whenever she subbed in. I liked the lady-like way she moved. Plus, she granted me an interview. Cayley Thurlby. I can't say enough about her. Handled herself very well as a backup for four years, and gave her all when she was asked to play different roles - went after every ball as a defensive specialist, and hit the %*$# out of the ball whenever she got to play opposite.

Also, I'm still inlove with Lily even if she's married.
