I see that incoming senior MB Kelsey O'Neill was selected to the US Collegiate National Team - Minneapolis. Congrats to her and excited to have her join the Hawks! Hoping we see "official" announcement about O'Neill and Taylor Louis transferring to Iowa soon.

I knew I read it somewhere, for some reason I thought it was in the Illinois thread.

No worries. :-) Think this appears to be a great hire for the program.

Well, now we know who is joining the coaching staff. I think your head coach has some explaining to do..................................and quick.

Well, now we know who is joining the coaching staff. I think your head coach has some explaining to do..................................and quick. To be fair, no he doesn't. These parent complaints cited are not new, and the explaining has already been done when the original look by the athletic department into the parent complaints started. The argument made by Meyer is that herself and Shymansky faced the same/similar criticism and she was fired while he was not. That is not at all an accurate representation of her situation or Bond's. The athletic department made the decision Shymansky's alleged offenses were not grounds for termination. I'm assuming you've read the article, would you argue otherwise?

This situation was dropped here out of the blue on this thread. Somebody is trying to stir things up here on the ESTEEMED Volleytalk. Iowa has already moved on, Volleytalk did not realize this.
