19-20 Lucas js, Boyer D cross dug way high tight left, Eder jump-set Wallace inside right line tool right 20-20 Tf_
20-20 Lucas js bad pass deep left chased free, Wallace right extreme cross to 2m left sideline. s/Lyneel/Clevenot/! 21-20 Lucas js net 21-21 Lyneel js, Eder 1 turn left wide. Brasil challenge block net on Chinenyeze ... his shirt did, but he didn't 21-22 Lyneel js, Wallace inside right extreme cross bounce -- that's crazy, a double-block is in totally the wrong place for that 22-22 _, N'Gapeth left line Wallace digs, Wallace D Grebennikov digs, ..., N'Gapeth left twice, left windmill tool left -- doing what he does 22-23 _ jf net 23-23 Lucarelli js roll, N'Gapeth left hook wipe tool left 23-24 _ jf, Wallace D seam rouxfed (Le Roux) 23-25 = 1-2.
Brasil +21-15-23 France. Lucarelli has run into a wall, N'Gapeth is still showing off. So now they're dialing in on Wallace.
Both their MBs are so much taller than ours are. We don't get 6'11" stud athletes choosing volleyball ...

USA is beaten for the third time in a row by Canada Yet who has the Olympic medal? It's really hard to compare the very best that Canada has for several years with a foreigner coach vs the US team that we didn't expect to get out of pool.

Every time I see Ngapeth pull that windmill I think of what a little bastard he must have been to coach at like 13 when he was trying to pull that %*$# all the time.

Brasil +21-15-23 France, G4: 08-03 TT2. Bruno blocked N'Gapeth once, so the setters tie for bragging rights.

It's really hard to compare the very best that Canada has for several years with a foreigner coach vs the US team that we didn't expect to get out of pool. It's not that hard. Our best team that won bronze also lost to Canada in the Olympics. Oh, and they were coached by a Canadian at the time. What's the excuse there? Canada has finally gotten out of Group 2 and been rising and rising. But, hey, if you want to downplay the threat of Canada, go ahead.
