I am keeping my fingers crossed that Robyn is seriously going after Nive Tuileta, of Le Jardin. She will be a senior next year. There are some big schools looking at her already, Wisconsin, Florida, and UCLA. She is the next great setter to come out of Hawaii. She has the volleyball genes, as all her siblings and parents played volleyball. One even played for Hawaii, on the Men's volleyball team, Larry (Tui) Tuileta. We all know how good he was. It would benefit Nive to be coached by Robyn, a 3-time Olympic setter.

Hopefully we luck out with someone of quality. Gonna be tough if we can’t get anyone in the spring if Lang isn’t coming until next Fall

Any good setter needs to condition her transfer on running a 5-1. If RAM won't commit, transfer should go to a school that'll respect her and do what's best for the team.

Tuileta would be great pick up for Hawaii... who Hawaii signs as their second setter for 2020 will determine a lot in terms of Tuileta coming here. Kahahawai is a must, but with Mia Johnson already committed for 2021, not sure it would be wise for Hawaii to have a class of three outsides.

Is it possible that Robyn have offered Devin but Devin wants to wait for more offers so Robyn have moved on and gave the scholarship to Mia Johnson? Some schools have already filled all the commits for 2021 so Robyn cannot wait. If Devin decided not to come, Robyn will be left with second tier players to recruit. Mia is no slouch. She is a good all around player and played on a National club championship team.

People need to remember that the Kyra and Jolie transfers were announced around the late Dec/early Jan timeframe. Hawaii may have a transfer or two soon
