My best guess is they will join the CCSA. The CCSA currently only has four schools: FSU, LSU, & Grand Canyon, who are all top ten programs, along with South Carolina who is consistently in the top 20. The CCSA website shows Missouri State as a beach volleyball member. Do you know if they will still be a member next season? Missouri State is also going to Confernce USA starting next season

Does Texas have 6 scholarships to offer right away for the 2024 season?

Does Texas has 6 scholarships to offer right away for the 2024 season? They should. At least publicly, there has been no announcement (either by the school or player) of any recruit or transfer joining the team. '

And so it begins. If you build it, they will come.

Believe she is from San Antonio. She was in transfer portal last year before returning to ASU. There will be more. I would be surprised if Maddi Krio from Stanford and Austin native doesn’t go there. They will be top 12 in nation first year. Lot of Texas kids would love to go there. When you grow up in Texas, there is as much pride in UT and Texas A and M for in state kids as any state in the country. I would be surprised if A and M doesn’t start a beach program.

I really wonder about Maggie Boyd and Katie Hashman following Stein. Both from Texas and just finished freshman year or if Natalie Martin, grad student that went from Cal to Washington who is from Houston doesn’t try to go.

They won their match in the Finals dual. UCLA has as good a chance next year as they did this year to win the Natty. Wouldn't be surprised if they start the season ranked 2. If I'm Boyd, do I really want to follow Stein when I've got one more year with my 1s partner who will graduate end of next year? UT will still be there after her sophomore attempt to win the Natty at UCLA/

Hopefully Stein doesn’t take any recruits already committed to UCLA (Taylor/Kennedy/Texas girl (forgot her name)/etc…)
