Pretty surprising take from Cook. He usually gives opponents no credit. LOL. This is made up out of whole cloth.

LOL. This is made up out of whole cloth. He literally said Texas amazing serving was due to the air conditioning. So that means he never compliments opponents? There's plenty to criticize Cook for - and I do - but this isn't it.

This like cements that ACC > Big Ten along with Stanford, Pitt, and Louisville wins (besides the psu match lol ) not to mention Florida state and GT are very good too.

LOL. This is made up out of whole cloth. He literally said Texas amazing serving was due to the air conditioning. Okay, that was a stupid excuse, but he also said: " Texas played great. They had a level of serving we haven't seen all year, and it really impacted us and our momentum and our confidence. And then everything just started going their way. And they got all the momentum and we could never get it back. So great job by them. Great job by their players." That's far from no credit given to the opponent.

I wouldn’t say that yet personally, considering there’s still some ACC-B1G matchups to be played. The ACC definitely came out the gates swinging though which is good for the sport.

And now Nebraska will never ever play a non-conference opponent on the road LMAO

Jurevicius looked great at the start of this season.. if she was given the chance to start for this Nebraska team. Who knows.
No disrespect to Beason but she hasn’t looked great offensively in every match that I watch including last year’s finals.

Stanford just beat Minny and Wisconsin. Louisville also worked Wisconsin. Pitt throttled Oregon on the road. The team picked 6th in the ACC just wrecked the number 1 big ten team. Big ten fans need to be thanking PSU rn bc if not for them 😭

What an amazing display of volleyball, both teams scrapped for every point and played unbelievable D. Kudos to SMU for their huge win vs Cornhuskers after just landing back in Dallas a day or two earlier from Honolulu.

Hey.....USC, Oregon & Washington didn't drag UCLA along after blowing up the PAC12 just to get over here and see the B1G cream of the crop $#!+ the bed so early. I thought UCLA, USC, Oregon and Washington WERE the B1G cream of the crop?

How spoiled Nebraska fans are. One loss and John Cook is on the hot seat? s**T happens. The Mustangs played a better match. It's not the end of the season. Nebraska is going to make a deep run in the tourney and non Mustang fans will forget this loss. It is not that Nebraska lost but how they lost. Watching on TV my first match of the season I saw no fire, passion, nor accountability to each other, and from the coaches as well. My concern is that this loss may have exposed something that is missing from the "Culture" of this team (my favorite word of the season). The talent is there but where was the fire to win? Can this team find its grit and determination. They had it last year it seemed until it went away at the end. It is OK to not always be so nice to each other and expect more from a teammate when competing at this level.
