Thanks once again exit237a.
While not quite a must win, winning this match would go a long way to securing an overdue invitation to the tournament.

Anyone know if parking available will be different with the basketball game being at 7:00?
Still be able to park at Ubben? Assuming parking in the NE SF Center parking lot won't be available.

I would like Illinois to get an upset out of the way before Minnesota comes to town 🤗 USC already gave MSU their lone conference win, Minnesota can be a team player and help the Illini in the tournament!🤣

Not sure what the atmosphere will be like tonight. MBB plays at 7:00 and DIA is suggesting fans get there by 6:30 for the ring ceremony. Students start lining up 2 hours prior to game time, so probably thin on that front. The pep band will be at StateFarm center, so lots of piped-in music. I know some VB people around us are skipping the match for the MBB game. Sad.
Whatever the crowd, go Illini!

I thought there were separate pep bands for volleyball and basketball- maybe I’m wrong on that. Also, with a 5 PM start time for volleyball, if I’m a townie with tickets for both games I’m gonna watch volleyball for as long as I think I can and just set a time for a hard out. Walking from Huff to State Farm doesn’t take very long and ya could grab a bus there for free from campus, too, if needed. You, me, notpriddy, and bops68 may just have to cheer a bit louder tonight : )

USC at Illinois - USC wants a seed, Illinois just wants to be in the tournament. Illinois feels way more comfortable with a win. For USC this is more of a losing hurts, winning doesn't move the needle much. Yeah I’m gonna need USC to lock in today. Shroll and Cyr are playing in God mode and I actually want zero parts.

Today I had a tooth extracted, and I am having other health issues that will probably prevent me from attending matches. I will most likely be using my BTN+ subscription for the rest of the year.
