Good call, it's exactly the same as that situation! When is the rest of the world gonna catch on and switch to the proper measuring system?!?!? In about 15 kiloweeks

For all those frustrated with commentary, here is your chance. GT vs FL State on Accnx has no commentary. Just crowd noise. Ha ha. Enjoy!

When a team scores 20+ points, they are NOT in the "Red Zone" Lol, I'm not sure I've heard that before, but that's hilarious.

Judgement calls can not be challenged: lifts(throw) or duble contact are un-challengeable! The judgment call of a double for a ball crossing the net can’t be challenged, and the double for first or second contact is no longer a violation, ut hitting the ball, and then hitting it second time, is a violation, and missing that first touch can be challenged. Yeah, in the challenge i am talking about the player was covering a hitter. The ball was blocked and than hit her right arm and than her left arm at two different times. And that is why it was a violation.

True (for me, anyway). However, I can remember the deduction for stepping out of bounds, and I can see (roughly) how wide and high up the balance beam is. (And is it actually 4”, or is it 10cm? Not that it makes a bit of difference.) It's actually 10cm, but they often just say 4 inches. Somehow, saying it's 3.93 inches, would have made it so much scarier to me back in the day...

Speaking of set-ups, no one is clunkier that Sunderland (who is generally good). "30th missed serve by Stanford. Is that a good thing, Holly?" "Franklin with her 24th kill of the match. Holly would you keep setting her?" I think Sunderland is clearly being tongue-in-cheek in those examples. As noted by others, he understands volleyball as well if not better than the analysts. It sure doesn’t come across as that.

I'm not sure what his name is, but I like the male color commentator for UF games. First off his voice is so nice to listen to, he is always pretty positive on players, and he seems pretty knowledgeable based on the handful of games I've heard him call. He doesn't talk endlessly either.

What I can't handle is the constant chatter. We can see what happened, if you don't have anything to add, then put a sock in it! I appreciate all that Emily is doing to promote the sport, but I can't listen to her any more. I watched the entire Wis-Min match on mute. It is literally their job to talk about the match while it is being played. That's what they were hired to do.

EE…Wisc v NEB…Set 2…basic lip reading and body language recognition indicates Cook is challenging a Wisc net. The R2 then announces NEB is challenging a net touch. EE continues talking about a center line violation and why it was a good challenge by NEB. R2 says no net. EE: “?”
