All Stanford needs is a libero, which ironically they are getting from Nebraska. It's gonna be another battle between the top 5 teams.

I believe Rachel Schwartz was recruited as a Libero, so maybe she'll go back to that position this year.

I really think it will come down to draws. If Nebraska cruises to the finals, they lose in the FF.
Here's my take. Notice, both championship final teams this year had at least one tough match on their road to the FF. The teams that hanky pankied their way to Omaha lost. Winning those tough, teeth-grinding matches builds confidence and fuels a fire, an intangible that cannot be coached or taught.
It would be awesome to have a rematch between the Cards and Huskers next year in the finals ;D

I doubt it, they won't be playing at home; no HCA. They'll def get to the FF though being that they'll probably be hosting regionals and likely subregionals as well.

Arent you all sick of these polls. You have been dismal failures in your voting. First on POY then on who would win the match. WRONG ON BOTH.

I love it! The match has been over for just a few hours, and there's already discussion about next year.
Have the region hosts already been determined?

The people that were ripping on Pavan for much of this season for saying that she wasn't going to let Nebraska lose this year may now apologize for disparaging her.
She came up big in the tournament when they needed her the most.

Next year's final could very well be a repeat of this year's final! Anyone who thinks that these two teams, barring injury, are NOT capable of getting there is nuts.....maybe Cynthia Barboza, aka choke girl, shows up next year....if they do, with Klinemann in the lineup, they could win it!

Nice to see you're no longer bitter about Barboza turning down LBSU As for the poster complaining about stupid polls... well what else are we supposed to do in the offseason

IF next year was a rematch, that would be awesome, but you never know.
Beachman, you have some good insight sometimes, but other times, you are just downright infantile. Ooops, bad me for calling you a name for calling a volleyball player a name. But really, the disparaging name calling makes you look bad, dude.
