And Foluke is hitting at a much higher contact point the everyone. The block is not a threat on the back 1 slide. I wish they would run a quicker outside to Barboza. just like what BYU sets to Goodman.

Everyone spend some time with this tape later -- BYU is exactly what UCLA would look like without Spicer. Their weakness is the setter isn't as good at putting up a consistent ball out of system, but otherwise they could go deep this year. Isn't that the truth. Can you imagine how certain teams would perform with Spicer at the helm.... like PSU Wooh, don't knock on Keystonkid's team!

Another note: Ailes is exactly what she is supposed to be. Her defense is very fluid and intuitive for a freshman. She's already better than several of this year's juniors/seniors playing that position on other top teams. BASTA aside, now I'm glad she signed with Stanford. If she and John Cook had managed to work something out, this year would have been too boring and predictable to bother with. Her older sister, Tatum went to Missouri instead of Nebraska. She is also a very good libero.

Ailes hurt her right hand. Heard she wasn't at the autograph table?

Heck, imaging how good Stanford would be with Spicer.

With regards to the RS/OPP debate...was Waller hurt earlier in the year? I think she sat out the 1st 2 matches. If it was an injury, maybe it's still affecting her?

any more news on Ailes' injury? Someone on the Sears Board reported that she practiced today. So, hopefully it was not that serious. We'll have to wait and see tomorrow night.
