ok so right now it's 19-15 Huskies...but the UCLA defense is as advertise. All of them can play dig up some serious balls.... they also seem to be able to touch a lot of balls on the block. Of course I love Spicer, she's a tremendous setter...so effortless.
As I've typed this, the Huskies are now up 21-15

huskies take game 1 30-20...nice all around play from both sides, Washington was just able to put away balls, whereas UCLA couldn't

No, I was just over at the other thread. Didn't realize another had been started until the end of game 1.

Man, you can tell the cameraman has a huge crush on Morrison. I bet he takes copies of the tapes home at night.

I want spicers hands.... I don't even think she's capable of a bad set or a lift or a double contact... her talents are being wasted on this UCLA team. She needs a terminator to blast those sets with authority.

Although I have no stake in this match as do Husker fans.

huskies realed off 3 in a row to make it 12-11 huskies. UCLA takes a time out...which is smart. UCLA needs to keep this game close and not let UW get into their oh so dangerous grove
