She was in the best form of her life in the Korean league couple years ago and if she were on the team as she should've been she could've timed her second pregnancy after Rio.

No matter how the Karchees paint the picture. It was Karch's decision to make and he made it. His big ego sacrificed his chance to be the first gold medalist player and coach. Not only that he wasted probably his best and next to last chance to bring home the first USA Olympic gold. Not much chance in Tokyo based on what we are seeing from some of the younger more talented NT teams.
Also if you have time watch how great Hill played along side a big hitting opposite, Sloetjes, when the pressure was not on her to be the main attack person. You will see what a potent combo that might have been.
And this does not even speak to the fact that the coaching decisions that he made in the 5th set versus Serbia were....high schoolish, which of course was his last head coaching stint.

The whole point of posting the video of the Mike Leach football rant was to poke fun at the USA Karchy philosophy of being all about the process/participation and the whole Kumbaya s... that many on this board have been questioning. Not to mention the promotional video of the staff and players talking endlessly about having each other's backs. You can take sides, I could care less, but I just think it's hilarious and has a lot to do with this thread which is about not keeping Hooker and whoever else on the squad because they wouldn't drink the kool aid.
