I love the mix of old and new with this team. And of course I'm LOVIN seeing JWO proving she deserves that libero spot. She looks in GREAT shape! Would be really cool to see 3 ex-Huskers on the floor in Tokoyo!!! This was a move Karch had to make given that in terms of a calendar quad, this is basically the first year of the Paris quad (even though it's the bonus year of the Tokyo quad). WChamps are already next year. With the departures of Hill and most likely Foluke, and Larson / MBH as question marks, he has to start looking to Paris now in key positions, whether he's here or not. I doubt he's going anywhere. Hopefully next season there will be a full return of the FIVB calendar where we can see a lot of young players. |

Courtney at OH will be interesting, with the emergence of SWP/Plummer plus the plethora of young OHs in Europe right now Courtney has a nice swing, can get up there, can obviously pass at a high level.. but I think she needs to get a bit stronger to make the leap offensively. |
