Texas A&M trailed LSU 17-7 at halftime, but the Aggies have just taken a 28-17 lead early in the fourth quarter.

Penn State was trailing Wisconsin and lost their quarterback to injury. The backup played well, and they came back to win.

Texas A&M is all alone in first place in the SEC after coming back to take down LSU. That Texas/A&M game at Kyle Field should be good.

they're in the Mountain West this year, They've already announced their intentions, the link is severed. They're PAC, defacto this year and I'll tell anyone that. I'll say they're defacto representing the PAC this year as the 5th best conference that it is. Butthurt MWC leftover fans be damned

I'll say they're defacto representing the PAC this year as the 5th best conference that it is. Butthurt MWC leftover fans be damned What are you talking about? Achievements accomplished by any program belong to the conference they were in when they achieved them. The Big Ten doesn't get to suddenly count USC's titles, and the SEC doesn't get suddenly to count Oklahoma's titles. The only reason Boise State would even be eligible for the playoff is because they are in line to win the Mountain West title. Again, the Pac-7 doesn't even have enough members to qualify yet. Edit: for a volleyball example, the ACC still has zero national titles. They don't get to count Stanford's titles that they won in the Pac.

Past is the past. Current year *of the announcement to join* is not the same thing as the past. Only talking about this year.
You can lie to yourself that there's a greater than zero chance that they won't find another full football member. Just silly, but no one will stop you
I will tell people that 2024 Boise was the first, of many to come, of the PAC being the 5th best conference in the country.

WOW Indeed, I think the PAC might stand a chance against the lowly Big 12 this year. Boise definitely would take out BYU. Would be interesting to see the rest of the six PAC teams (defacto) vs the next highest six in the Big 12 standings.

WOW Indeed, I think the PAC might stand a chance against the lowly Big 12 this year. A Pac-7 apologist calling any other conference "lowly" is hilarious. Boise State barely beat UNLV, a team that lost to Syracuse. And that's the best team in the new Pac-7 that would be a G5 except it doesn't even have enough members yet. Utah State managed to lose to New Mexico. Settle down there, sparky.

Ohio State defeats Penn State 20-13. Penn State is still in decent position to make the playoff. They should be favored in all of their remaining games, and I don't see them getting left out if they only have one loss or two losses if they make the Big 10 championship game. I've said before that I think Penn State may benefit more from the 12-team playoff than any other team. And the Big Ten expansion means they don't have to play Ohio State and Michigan every year anymore. Granted, Michigan isn't exactly a great team this season, but Penn State just had two near-automatic losses the last three seasons.

Miami moved to 8-0 by pulling away from Duke in the fourth quarter. Cam Ward is now the Heisman favorite at DraftKings:
Cam Ward +190 Travis Hunter +220 Dillon Gabriel + 260 Ashton Jeanty +500
Everyone else is +1400 or worse.

Carson Beck is going to cost Georgia any shot at a national title. He's thrown two horrendous picks already. I'd be so mad if I was a Georgia defensive player.
