Bad loss to UCLA by Nebraska. They have to beat one of Wisconsin, Iowa or USC (the latter two on the road) to be bowl eligible.

Texas Tech upsets Iowa State in Ames. The chances of the Big 12 getting multiple teams in the playoff took a big hit.
Edit: Kansas State got upset by Houston. Colorado might actually sneak into the Big 12 championship game.

Georgia got two late touchdowns (one after a Florida interception) to go up 34-20 with three minutes left. This one feels over.

Texas A&M and Clemson are both in huge trouble, down by multiple scores late in the fourth quarter. SMU is pounding undefeated Pitt 41-11.

The first CFP rankings will be released in the next hour on ESPN.

The first CFP rankings are now out:
1. Oregon (conference leader - bye 1) 2. Ohio State 3. Georgia (conference leader - bye 2) 4. Miami (conference leader - bye 3) 5. Texas 6. Penn State 7. Tennessee 8. Indiana 9. BYU (conference leader - bye 4) 10. Notre Dame 11. Alabama 12. Boise State (conference leader)
First two out:
13. SMU 14. Texas A&M
The Big Ten is getting too much credit in these rankings in my view. Ohio State, Penn State and Indiana should all be at least a spot or two lower. I'm also not sold on Oregon actually being the best team in the country, but there isn't really a case for anyone else based on resume.
Edit: okay, the chair of the committee is a current Big 10 athletic director, lol. No conflict of interest there.

lost to #1 Oregon in Eugene. The lowly Big 12 doesn't have a team that could do that, this year. Boise is better than any Big 12 team, and I would love to see them beat BYU in the CFP this year.

lost to #1 Oregon in Eugene. Oregon also struggled with Idaho the previous week. I'm not convinced that they are especially good. Edit: also, why are you only quoting three words? Would it be so you could ignore that Boise State barely beat UNLV? Lol, that is pathetic.

Oregon losing the Big Ten championship game this year, I don't care whom to, would really make my day.
May it be the start of a 20+ year drought of conference titles for the low research, backstabbing rats.

Oregon is good but probably overrated, much like most of the Big Ten seems to be. I'm not convinced Boise is especially good.

Would it be so you could ignore Your critical thinking skills need work. I ignored the rest of your post that was filled with conjecture. You ignored the fact that Boise State nearly lost to UNLV.
