Having watched Kentucky up close and in person this past weekend, I'm floored that they dropped to 11th.

I agree. Kentucky is too low here.

Florida with a big drop. Louisville to 5th (!!). Utah flying up the charts. Those are the things that stand out to me.

I would guess its due to Baylor, Minnesota, and Utah all picking up premier wins, while Kentucky barely scraped by Marquette (#BEast) in addition to losing to Wisconsin.
