Did Maryland have the tools to quiet Robinson? Does Wisconsin son have tools to quiet Samedy? Yes and no. IMO. C’mon, you believe Maryland has the talent to minimize Robinson? The best teams in the country have shown no ability to do that yet Maryland does? |

One update to starting lineups, 99% sure Myers will be starting over Rubright, she has most of the season.

Couple of corrections to the OP: 1. That is not Rutgers’ roster 2. Rubright is not a likely starter; Myers at MB1 and Husemann at MB2 has been what we start with so far this season. Rubright comes in if one of the aforementioned is struggling. Thanks. Fixed. |

My two favorite teams…and I think it will be close. Here’s hoping the Badgers can serve, play error-free offense and nothing-hits-the-ground defense. (But good luck Gophers!)

On a neutral court, I would give Wisconsin the tiniest of edges so on their home court the slight edge goes to the Badgers. Bouncing between Badgers in 4 or Badgers in 5.
In the intangible category, Wisconsin needs this match more than the Gophers.
If the Badgers win, it still puts both teams in the middle of the battle for the conference championship.
If the Badgers lose, they no longer are favorites to win the conference and it gives the Gophers a boost with a win in their expected toughest road contest.
