I think it only feels right the 2 teams split after those 2 matches.

I think certain camera angles made it look in You could actually see a sliver of blue between ball and white line in one of the replays I thought from up above it looked like it caught the line

Gotta give Shondell and company credited for two great moves:
1. Putting Koch back in the game and letting her work through the defensive stuff.
2. Switching Newton to 3.5 rotations and letting Cleveland go 6-rotations. Schermerhorn mostly cleaned up the passing and she plays better middle back defense than right back. Cleveland got hot when it mattered.

Purdue's campaign for a Top 4 seed is interesting.
Their non-conference top wins have a lot of variability for me (outside of Tennessee, who I would be shocked to see not T25). Kansas, Washington State, UNLV, and Loyola Marymount are the others. All of those could be T50, or maybe just one is? 2-3 is most likely.
They also get Wisconsin twice, will be interesting to see what happens there. Wisconsin's non-conference wins are Baylor, Kentucky, and Marquette. Could be better, equal, or slightly worse than Purdue's when the dust settles.

Let’s talk about the decision to leave Cleveland in and sub Newton out for Schermerhorn. Excellent in game adjustment.
