Nice high swing to win it!! Whew, what a win. Oglivie was the MVP; she went on good service runs, great digs/covers, and good reception

Loved Campbell's intensity tonight. She brought it and wasn't up for a ticky-tack loss.

What a crazy match. A couple of 28-26 sets, each team splitting. Stanford won their other two sets quite easily. Good win. Huskies up next.

Crazy game. Let's get Baird an I.V. and some oxygen. And let's clean up some of this mess in time for Washington.

My stream cut out so I didn't get to see the fifth set. I'll have to try to catch a replay. I'm glad they closed the match out; they'll need more of that the rest of the season and postseason.

Even in a slightly "off" match, Kipp was able to score 16 kills on 0.294 hitting% with 5 blocks. I hope Miner is okay, her wrist was taped and it looked like she might've got hit in the head in the 5th? Not exactly sure but she looked a little shaken after that play.

I’m just catching up rn and if I had to go only by everyone’s posts before this, I would have not thought that Baird had the most kills, let alone that she had 21.

Baird had 55 total attacks and hit .182, actually better than I thought. She seem to run out of gas after set two and struggled passing all night.

I came by after the match just to ask if the announcer was pronouncing Jehlářová correctly. The way he says it sounds like Yehallashava. Where does the sh sound come from? Could be my poor hearing.

The way he says it sounds like Yehallashamma. yes. you can look at the WSU online roster for an audio pronounciation but it's (more or less) pronounced the way you spelled it, though I believe it's a "v" instead or "mm" at the end. Jehlarova (just click the icon next to her name to listen to her say it)
